Envelope swaps
I haven't posted on a while but I am having fun making transfers
encouraged by my new best friend Amy.
The hand picture was from an add from the Ruben Museum on heavy stack.
I brushed several coats of golden gel medium over several days
after soaking the transfer in warm water it was very easy to peal off the cardboard.
I must say that the transfer was not very thin but I was pleased with the results.

January 4 2011 A New Year begins
The holidays are over and the new year has began.
I didn't make any resolutions this year because I soon forget them
and go on doing the same things.
In the past I didn't post very much of my work because I am computer challenged and it seemed such a frustrating experience, however,I made the decision to post more so I can learn to do it faster and better.
Sometime in 2010, I started an art journal,I love the process of finding words, phrases and pictures to represent what I feel at the moment so
I have selected some of the journal pages at random, to practice posting.
